• Responds to manufacturing personnel calls to repair machinery and equipment.
• Installation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Modify and review electrical blueprints to assist in installation, repair and improvement of equipment.
• Troubleshoot computerized controls, A.C./D.C. drives, install and set up A.C. frequency drives.
• Works to improve the efficient and economical operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Assist with training of inexperienced personnel.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts.

• AS Degree or minimum 5 years experience working on industrial manufacturing equipment, printing industry a plus
• Proficiency in reading mechanical schematics
• Qualified to fabricate and repair machine parts using machine shop tools
• Ability to perform major overhauls on machines
• Possess the ingenuity to plan, layout and perform all tasks necessary to install, repair and maintain machines
• Excel at diagnosing equipment malfunctions and to have the ability to improvise, if necessary to return equipment to production
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with other in a team environment
