Our years of experience have led us to establish key customer contact points with you through your Sales Representative, Customer Relations Manager (CRM) or Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) assumes responsibility for your job as it moves through each phase of the production process at Trend. Your CSR is your eyes and ears at Trend and can provide you with up-to-the-minute status information and execute changes in a timely manner to ensure the success of your project. Every CSR is fully trained to track and communicate the details that will ensure the quality of your product and guarantee satisfaction.
