File Naming Conventions
To keep files organized, it's best to be sure that the file name corresponds to
the page. The PDF for page 2, for example, would be called 02.pdf. If your project
has more than 100 pages, add an additional leading "0" to files 1-99 (e.g., 003.pdf,
019.pdf, 099.pdf, 120.pdf).
Covers are typically named FC.pdf (Front Cover), IFC.pdf (Inside Front Cover), BC.pdf
(Back Cover) and IBC.pdf (Inside Back Cover).
If you need to add versioning, zone, or other information to the file, that should
go before the page number. For example: Zone1_02.pdf, Zone1_03.pdf, Zone2_02.pdf,
etc. Additionally, if files are being transferred via InSite, please add the following
additional information to the file name:
CMYK files: File names should end in "_4c.pdf" (e.g., 002_4c.pdf)
B/W files: File names should end in "_BW.pdf" (e.g., 002_BW.pdf)
CMYK + Spot color files: File names should end in "_Spot.pdf" (e.g.,
002_Spot.pdf)
2-color files: File names should end in "_2c.pdf" (e.g., 002_2c.pdf)

the correct file naming convention.
